Job description: An international financial services institution is seeking an experienced professional to join their team. This role focuses on managing the operational delivery of a portfolio of bilateral and syndicated loans across several European markets.You’ll work within a collaborative and agile operations team, supporting the full loan lifecycle and ensuring a high standard of control, efficiency, and client service.Key Responsibilities:Review complex loan documentation (bilateral and syndicated) from an operational perspective, ensuring adherence to best practice standardsSet up and maintain deals in Loan IQ system based on facility agreements.Oversee day-to-day activities such as drawdowns, rollovers, repayments, and fee processing in collaboration with global operations teams.Maintain a controlled and compliant environment, promptly escalating potential risks or workflow bottlenecks.Support internal and external reporting obligations, while contributing to process improvements and project work.Experience & Skills Required:2–5 years’ experience in a middle office, lending operations, or similar financial services function.Knowledge of loan products, including syndicated and bilateral facilities.Experience using loan servicing systems (LoanIQ preferred).Familiarity with LMA/LSTA loan documentation and operational workflows.Strong attention to detail, control mindset, and ability to work collaboratively across teams.This role is based in Dublin and offers hybrid working, 2 days a week in the office. Expected salary: €45000 – 50000 per year
