Job description: Job Title Corporate Loans Administrator (Europe)Job DescriptionPosition Title : Corporate Loans Administrator (Europe) – 12 Mth Fixed Term ContractRole Description:To perform the role of Corporate Lending Administrator with responsibility for executing standard and more complex loan operations.The candidate will be servicing customers in Europe and the hours will be between 8/9am to 4/5pm.This role will be a 12 month Fixed Term Contract of EmploymentAll candidates for this role must have the Right to Work in Ireland – Be an EU Citizen or holder of a valid Stamp 4 Visa or Stamp 1GMain Tasks:
- Perform the role of Lending Administrator with responsibility for executing standard and more complex loan operations i.e., Drawdowns, rollovers, settlements, funding etc…
- Ensured aged allocated nostro and match funded items are investigated and followed up appropriately
- Report regularly on all outstanding items and issues noted.
- To help promote and engender a culture of Control within Operations.
- Follow SLA (Service Level Agreement) process timelines to achieve the daily and hourly deadlines for tasks assigned to you
- Check the reliability of all supporting documents to ensure this information is valid before processing any transaction(s)
- Execute processes and controls in accordance with procedures, work instructions and policies
- Carry out a variety of administrative work duties
- Authorise transactions after control checking the underlying transaction evidence
- Escalates effectively to deal with bottlenecks, knowledge or barriers

Technical Competencies
- Thorough knowledge of Corporate Lending banking products & processes, especially lending and payments
- Familiarity with transaction accounting principles
- Familiar with use of Nostro and general ledger accounts
- Good reconciliation investigation experience attained in a banking environment
- Ability to deliver and facilitate learning initiatives
- Ability to lead and support Problem Solving activities focused on root cause analysis
Risk and Control
- Risk aware – understands the need to follow instructions and implications of deviation
Projects
- Provide practical/technical expertise in projects
