️ Relocation Support: Provided for eligible candidates relocating within PortugalYour RoleAs a Sales Support Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for Italian-speaking customers. You’ll handle inquiries, manage reservations, resolve technical issues, and ensure every interaction aligns with the company’s high standards of service and professionalism.What Youll Do

• Support customers with sales-related inquiries, product information, and troubleshooting
• Communicate across multiple channels: phone, email, chat, and social media
• Tailor communication to reflect brand tone and customer needs
• Handle escalations with empathy and a customer-first mindset
• Log and manage all customer interactions with attention to detail

Who You AreFluent in German and English (spoken and written)
Experience in customer service or sales support (preferred)
Tech-savvy and comfortable with troubleshooting digital tools
Skilled in communication and multitasking
