Job description: Customer Success Partner required for firm based in Dunboyne, Co Meath. This is an office based role.You will provide support to the sales team to ensure smooth day-to-day engagement with customers, allowing the sales team to focus on new customer engagement and building a pipeline of opportunities.You will be responsible for managing the entire customer eco-system end to end.Your new role:

• Onboarding New Customers
• Customer Relationship Management
• Monitoring Customer Health
• Providing Training and Support
• Identifying Expansion Opportunities via cross selling and upselling
• Collaborate with internal teams
• Collect customer feedback to relay to internal teams.
• Encourage satisfied clients to become advocates through reviews, testimonials, or case studies.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Level 7 or 8 qualification in Business, Communications, or related field
• Ability to travel within the UK/Ireland and EU
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation
• Previous experience in a sales support, customer service, or administrative role is a plus

Expected salary: €40000 – 50000 per year
