• CREATION… of quotations, order confirmations, invoices, delivery notes and order documents in SAP
• ORGANISATION… of the international dispatch of goods including the necessary documents such as invoicing in SAP, shipping order, customs documents, delivery note, invoice, EUR1, ATR, certificate of origin, supplier’s declaration
• FIRST POINT OF CONTACT… for customers and production regarding delivery dates
• COMMUNICATION INTERFACE… to all departments of the company
• ORDER TRACKING… in SAP incl. deadline maintenance
• ADMINISTRATIVE ACTIVITIES… such as sending audit reports, filing incl. all tax-relevant documents, mail distribution, ordering office supplies
• SHAPING… the mobility of the future

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed commercial training (HASCH, HAK or commercial apprenticeship)
• Several years of relevant professional experience in the field of commercial processing
• Written and spoken German and English
• MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Sound knowledge and understanding of SAP R/3, module SD is a prerequisite
• High customer orientation, strong communication skills, ability to work under pressure, ability to work in a team, precise and organised way of working
