To support our endeavors, we are looking for an Daily Operations Junior Specialist (m/f/d)to join our Forwarding Team in Vienna, Austria.

• Plan and organize new and upcoming shipments efficiently
• Manage vessel and inland transportation schedules to ensure timely delivery
• Communicate with customers and suppliers to coordinate logistics to ensure an optimal logistics flow
• Issue sales invoices and monitor shipment-related costs for accurate cost control
• Gather and maintain all documentation and contracts related to each shipment
• Support monthly and yearly financial closing processes
• Develop new customer relationships and expand business with existing clients
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and improve services
• Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize supply chain operations

ABOUT YOU

• Bachelor’s degree or completed apprenticeship preferred
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
• Prior experience in the logistics field is advantageous
• Strong skills in prompt decision-making, planning, organizing, and negotiation
• Solid understanding of export processes for both air and ocean shipments
