With our commitment to increase penetration in an underserved hearing care market, we want to accelerate our business transformation in order to reach more people, more effectively.We are looking for a Data Strategy & Insights Manager to lead the development and execution of data governance frameworks, ensure high data quality and consistency across systems, and drive data enablement initiatives that support strategic decision-making and enhance the consumer experience through actionable insights.What you will doData Governance & Master Data Management

• Establish and enforce data governance by developing SOPs, naming conventions, and enterprise data standards, while driving master data processes across global systems
• Oversee end-to-end master data management, including discovery, cleansing, creation, maintenance, and system/data ownership mapping
• Ensure data quality and issue resolution by serving as the escalation point for data problems and supporting change, incident, and problem management.

Data Quality & Validation

• Lead data validation and quality assurance for static and transactional data during system rollouts and migrations
• Execute and prioritize mass data maintenance while ensuring compliance with established data standards
• Ensure data consistency across systems and support data migration activities for IT product deployments in various markets.

Data Collaboration & Analytics Enablement

• Collaborate with stakeholders (business leads, IT, data stewards) to define data requirements, create user stories, and represent data needs in change management processes
• Enable user adoption by providing guidance, training, and promoting best practices for master data standards and processes
• Support data-driven insights by ensuring data readiness, integrity, and structure for analytics, reporting, and enhancing the consumer journey.

What you bringExperience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Information Systems, Data Management, or related fields
• Strong understanding of retail operations
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Familiarity with systems such as POS, ERP, CRM, INFOR, Fincart would be advantageous
• Understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) and principles of data minimization
• Microsoft Office Intermediate to Advanced user, particularly strong in Excel and pivot tables and Power BI.
