As our next Demand Planner, you’ll take full ownership of your own product categories and become the go-to person for ensuring stock levels are spot on by managing forecasts and inventories for your product categories at SKU level. You’ll have solid processes to guide you, but also the freedom to optimise and challenge them.More specifically, your tasks include:

• Diving into sales and stock data to sharpen forecasts and optimise goods flow
• Placing purchase orders with procurement teams
• Making planning decisions based on sales trends and product lifecycle stages
• Collaborating with procurement for buffer stock, capacity, and raw material bookings, ensuring an agile supply chain setup
• Providing sales trend and inventory level reports
• Performing ad hoc analyses and developing process optimization tools.

YOUR PROFILE
You’re analytical and detail-oriented, with a structured approach to your work. You enjoy working with data and use it to guide decisions, spot patterns, and solve problems.
You take ownership of your responsibilities and feel comfortable working independently – but you also know when to collaborate and ask for input. Clear communication and a practical mindset help you build strong working relationships across teams.
You’re motivated by improving processes and seeing the tangible results of your work, and you bring a proactive, solution-focused approach to challenges.QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in business or economics, preferably within Finance, International Business, or Supply Chain Management
• Recent graduate or a few years of relevant experience in supply planning, inventory planning, or supply chain analysis
• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with large data sets
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
