Job description: Digital Transformation Programme ManagerOn Site Dublin 24Salary €58,000 per year12 months initial ContractWe are seeking a dedicated individual to play a crucial role in maintaining day-to-day ICT operations, supporting ongoing projects, and helping us achieve our 2025 ICT business objectives.Key Responsibilities:– Collaborate with our external IT service provider to ensure reliable delivery of ICT services, covering server management, backups, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity measures.– Lead the resolution of issues concerning our existing Portal, Claims Management system, and MS Dynamics case management system.– Ensure prompt resolution or escalation of ICT issues to minimize operational disruptions.– Manage and communicate major IT incidents, providing accurate and timely updates to relevant users.– Assist in overseeing external vendors and contractors to ensure alignment with organizational policies.– Support the establishment and implementation of ICT-related standards and policies.– Develop and maintain thorough technical documentation.– Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality service delivery within the IT department.– Lead the procurement process for ICT services and products.– Participate in the governance and oversight of digital and ICT solutions.Requirements:– Relevant third-level qualification and/or professional certifications in IT, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant postgraduate experience.
