At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.As a Digital Transformation Specialist within Global Operations Digital Excellence, you will lead the global design and development of applications and best practices for our Digital Manufacturing Platform, which integrates systems from vendors like Tulip, HighByte, and Inductive Automation (Ignition!).We are on a journey to digitalize our manufacturing sites by implementing solutions such as electronic batch records, review by exception, OEE, and real-time machine and production data. To support this, we are building a scalable platform to address specific production floor use cases.In this role, you will actively contribute to local projects across our sites in the USA, Denmark, Poland, and Finland, helping to drive best practices and co-develop applications. Additionally, you will manage small-scale projects to integrate legacy systems into the new platform, reducing technical debt and supporting system harmonization.This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Global Operations Digital Excellence and is part of the Global Strategic Projects, OPS PMO, and Global Operations Digital Excellence Department located in Brønshøj, Denmark. This is an on-site role.In this role, you will have the opportunity to:Join a newly established department and be part of setting the direction for the future.Work globally with people in many different countries and have a significant impact on how we operate in Radiometer.Build applications that bring legacy processes into the 21st century using low-code components.Lay the foundations of a Unified Namespace with an Industry 4.0 OT platform.Use, share and grow your knowledge on creating digital solutions for industrial purposes.The essential requirements of the job include:Master’s degree in Engineering or ITMinimum of 5 years’ experience in IT or Operations within regulated industriesProficient in English at an advanced level, suitable for a global role with a Danish-based hiring managerPractical experience in manufacturing digitalization, including system implementation, validation, and integration with industrial machines and PLCsHands-on programming experience with Python or JavaScript, as well as proficiency in SQL and working with Microsoft AzureTravel:Ability to travel 5-10% – we have 7 sites globally that we support with Digitalization.It would be an advantage if you:Have experience with Agile software development methodologiesHave familiarity with event-driven architectures, including OPC and MQTT protocolsHave hands-on experience with tools and platforms such as Ignition, Tulip, HighByte, Azure Event Grid, and Industrial IoT (IIoT) solutionsApplicationWe review applications on an ongoing basis and invite candidates to interviews as soon as we identify a potential match.
