Backed by structured development and coaching, you won’t just evaluate the business—you’ll help transform it.Your role:As an Internal Audit Director (Quality) you will protect the integrity of Philips’s global assets. You’ll ensure planned value creation by providing value-added independent assessments of Philips’ strategic, operational, compliance, and financial risks and activities. You’ll also deliver trusted and impactful advice and direction to the business as a business partner.Lead and participate in audit reviews addressing risks of Philips in the quality domain. The complexity of the reviews and impact on the business will increase during your time with Philips Internal Audit. The reviews will be prepared, executed, and reported in line with world-class audit standards (IIA).Ensuring highly effective stakeholder management, with regular communication towards key business and functional leadersEnsures the team is up to date with knowledge of the functionality and options available in Philips Learning Management Systems and other learning technology platforms.You’re the right fit if:You’ve acquired 10+ years of proven and successful track record in domain areas such as Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, or Regulatory Affairs for a medical device company with understanding of regulator expectations for QMS regulated activities.Your skills include excellent leadership and business partnering skills, as you will serve as audit lead if audit is within your domain of expertise. Therefore, you can lead and manage the reviews we execute working in challenging environments with strong stakeholder management skills.You have a clear understanding of audit execution and have led or participated in quality audits with a thorough understanding of relevant standards, regulations, and directives such as but not limited to ISO 13485, MDSAP, 21 CFR Part 820/QSR etc. Former FDA auditing experience a strong plus.You can work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment as well as think through complex challenges to help stakeholders address risks.How we work togetherWe believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Philips Transparency DetailsThe pay range for this position in MA is $162,120 to $259,392The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
