For more about Allianz SE, .Who will you be joining?The team Growth Initiatives as part of Group Technology supports M&A and Digital Investments to acquire and invest in companies to generate growth and in strategically relevant best digital frontrunners (Allianz X). We provide expertise in acquisitions with IT/Operations M&A assessments to identify risks, synergies, new capabilities, cost implications, and the potential target picture and also IT carve out expertise in case of divestitures.STUDY PROGRAMDo you enjoy putting seminar content directly into practice and thereby actively shaping the future of companies? With your master’s degree at the School of International Business and Entrepreneurship (SIBE), you can do both: During your two-year job-integrated master’s degree, you will be assigned to Allianz and implement one or more beneficial projects for them. In addition to your regular day-to-day work, which you manage, you have the opportunity to shape corporate and personal development through these projects.In combination with this job offer, you can study the SIBE Digitalization Master – M.Sc. in Digital Leadership. The program offers you various additional MBA options. You also have the chance for intensive exchange and networking as well as the opportunity to design the seminar mode. • Assistance in further development, updating and maintenance of all areas related to the function GI (Growth Initiative)
• Preparation of presentations for different stakeholders
• Building up an active team space within the Allianz social Intranet, including sharing relevant target-group oriented information
• Creation of methodologies in IT & Operations due diligence
• Research activities
• Working on project assignments

Opportunity to work in M&A projects with IT and operations focusWhat are you made of?Minimum Qualifications

• A finished Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Operations, or Computer Science with IT Management, or comparable studies
• High integrity and confidentiality
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Structured, dedicated and ability to work well under pressure
• Team player with excellent intercultural and interpersonal skills and a strong can-do attitude
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent in written and spoken English; German language skills would be very beneficial
• Familiarity with the usage of AI technologies is desired (e.g. ChatGPT)

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years professional experience are a plus
• Experience in the Insurance industry with focus on IT or Operations are a plus
• IT Management experience are a plus (Service Management, Enterprise Architecture Management, IT Governance and Compliance, Project Management, Digitalization etc.)
