Job description: Job DescriptionThe ELT People Partner is a key enabler and driving force in optimizing organizational capability to reach the strategic priorities of our business plan. The ELT People Partner builds strong and positive relationships with leaders and enables impactful leadership with a clear line of sight to the overall LEGO strategy, the People strategy, our People Promise and the Leadership Playground.Core ResponsibilitiesStrategic partner to the Product and Marketing Development (PMD) Organization; partner to the Chief Product & Marketing Officer and the leadership team.Accountable to deliver on key strategic people priorities within the PMD organization as well as partner across ELT areas specific to the product and marketing development organization.Architect of organization design, evaluate and develop capabilities needed to deliver against the commercial strategy and business plan.Deliver value through outstanding execution and deployment of key pivotal initiatives from CoE’s within People, Places & Culture.Recruit, attract, build and grow talent (critical roles), amplify organizational strength and resilience and deliver on organizational goals through a One Team mentality.Act as trusted coach and sparring partner for senior people leaders to drive performance and team effectiveness.Lead and inform with data driven insights, able to evaluate, build the accurate narrative through action planning for impact (e.g. strategic workforce planning).Lead a team of 10 dedicated People Partners to deliver a positive impact in PMD.Joint accountability and co-decision making on strategic initiatives as part of the PPC leadership team.Play your part in our team succeedingPeople, Places & Culture (PPC) is a diverse team that brings together expertise, passion and creativity to empower our people, our workplaces and our culture. The people partner engages in delivering on strategic priorities across the LEGO Group both inside and outside of own dedicated business area through our flexible partner model.Do you have what it takes?Deep experience within HR in a global, matrixed organization, combined with a demonstrable track record in delivering business outcomes through a strong and well driven people strategy.In addition, we expect that you have:Strong partner management skills evidenced through solid written and verbal communication at all levels of the organization and external institutionsUses data to inform decisions, capable to narrate and action plan based on thoughtful insightsTrack record of managing multiple priorities and deadlinesExperience in the transformation of HR processesExecutive level coaching and change management experience including Organizational Design developmentThe ability to thrive and adapt in an innovative and iterative environmentPeople leadership experience is preferrableAs a person, you are an influential leader who can impact our agenda and overall global partner community and bring an open minded, solution and result oriented, structured, and strong collaborative attitude.It’s desirable for candidates to have experience strategically partnering with executive leaders within a comparable function (product, marketing, brand, creative).Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
