You’ll play a key role in engaging target audiences in the UK, France, Nordics, and DACH markets, while also ensuring our DACH marketing strategy is fully localised, relevant, and high-performing.ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and optimise localised webinars across key European markets: UK, France, Nordics, and DACHCollaborate with sales, product, and content teams to identify relevant topics and speakersManage all logistics, platforms, timelines, and communications for webinarsDevelop and execute webinar promotion strategies across email, social, and paid channelsTrack performance, analyse webinar metrics, and deliver actionable insights to improve future eventsLead localisation efforts for the DACH market, including adapting existing global content and campaigns, and creating new, market-specific materialsEnsure all content and campaigns are culturally relevant and resonate with German-speaking audiencesSupport execution of integrated marketing campaigns in the DACH region, including digital, email, and event initiativesPartner with the central marketing and regional sales teams to align messaging and strategyQualificationsExcellent English communication skills (written and verbal)Proficiency in German is a plus3+ years’ experience in a B2B marketing role, with proven success in managing webinars or virtual eventsStrong project management skills and attention to detailSolid understanding of European B2B marketing, particularly in the DACH regionExperience working with tools such as ON24, Zoom, GoToWebinar, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similarAbility to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentExperience in SaaS or tech industry is a plusFamiliarity with other European languages (French, Swedish, etc.) is a bonusKnowledge of digital marketing best practices and demand generation strategiesTotal RewardsOur workforce deserves fair and competitive pay that meets them where they are.
