Job description: StillingsbeskrivelseEMEA MARKETING PROGRAM MANAGEROn behalf of our customer, we are searching for an EMEA Marketing Program Manager (MPM). The company provide life science, diagnostic and applied market laboratories worldwide with instruments, services, consumables, applications and expertise.As a (MPM) you will be responsible for defining, designing and drive the development of effective regional marketing programs in alignment with the regional business strategy to support customer acquisition, funnel growth and revenue generation for the company’s pathology business.Your primary work tasks
- Collaborate with regional sales leaders to identify business priorities and develop a regional marketing program strategy that aligns with these goals
- Represent regional needs and opportunities in the development of global marketing program strategies. Enhance the local impact of global campaigns by increasing internal alignment and supplementing with region-specific initiatives
- Work with the regional sales channels to monitor and analyze competitive information and customer data to facilitate effective program development and drive activities to drive higher volume and quality of funnel.
- Coordinate with peers to ensure cross-portfolio integration of program strategies, aligning marketing efforts with the customer journey.
- Work closely with the EMEA Marketing communication specialist team to develop program metrics and effective tactics mix.
- Manage and meet quarterly targets for the regional marketing program budget
- Ensure all campaign content complies with regulatory, medical and legal requirements
- Responsible for defining channel training requirements linked to program execution
- Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.
Professional qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare/biomedical pharmacy, biological sciences, or other related field, master’s or doctorate degree
- Background in clinical pathology, immunohistochemistry, pharmaceutical oncology, and/or companion diagnostics (through education or field experience)
- 3-5 years’ experience in a sales/marketing role, preferably with 2 years in international marketing role
- Good computer skills including knowledge with PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, google Analytics, and various CRM software solutions

- You come with excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing
- You are a team player, results-orientated and have a strong persistence to reach goals.
- You are capable of working under pressure, managing competing priorities and making fast, effective decisions.
- Ability to collaborate equally effectively throughout all hierarchical levels and work across a matrixed and global organization.
- Skills to build strong partnerships and collaborate effectively with the external partners.
