For more information, click here.What you will doThe EMEA Regional Risk Management Manager shall oversee and administer risk management activities for Kenvue across EMEA, and partner with other functions to include but not limited to Supply Chain, Deliver, CRE, EHS, Procurement, Security, Brand Protection, Cyber, Information Technology, Communications, HR, Legal, Quality and site leaders. This position is responsible for identifying, assessing, and in coordination with stakeholders, implementing mitigation actions for actual and potential exposures to the organization with a goal to protect Kenvue’s operations. This role supports the Crisis Management Team Program at regional, cluster, country and at a site level for standardized training and practices in Crisis Management & Resilience. The position is also accountable for providing risk management technical direction across Kenvue’s global portfolio in the region.The role is responsible for the planning, development, and execution of the Kenvue Integrated Risk Management Strategy for EMEA, in collaboration with key functional stakeholders, to ensure that Kenvue personnel, sites and products are protected from current and potential risks and to meet company’s expectations. A suitable candidate for this role will have current knowledge and deep understanding in geo-political, socio-economic conditions to apply a risk management approach during the decision-making processes. Actionable Intelligence to be transformed into operational insights is essential to the role.The execution of reliability practices and support on assessments, audits and inspections. This role works closely with management sites to ensure that risk management strategies are consistently and comprehensively deployed to predict, identify, and manage potential risks that may impact on Kenvue’s operations across the region. Key relationships with other functions to influence compliance with Kenvue’s standards among different geographies to ensure successful implementation of the Kenvue Operations Risk Management Program.What we are looking forResponsibilities / Job Duties

  • Develop a fit for purpose Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Program in alignment with Kenvue’s global Strategy to ensure technical support is provided on Risk Management & Resilience program. IRM includes but not limited to Governance documents, Actionable Intelligence, Risk Assessments, Due Diligences, Crisis Management, Tabletop exercises, trainings, Business Continuity Plans and other risk management and resilience-oriented programs.
  • Actively support the Crisis Management Teams at regional, cluster, country and at a site level for standardized training and practices in Crisis Management & Resilience.
  • In coordination with other members of the team, organizes and facilitates the Regional Risk Council to assess and disseminate information and to provide awareness on possible risks to implement mitigation strategies.
  • Assesses the region against Key Performance Indicators and incidents and looks for improvement actions.
  • Conducts risk assessments and audits in coordination with other functions to identify risk to operations, potential exposures and develop/implement strategies for minimizing risks, risk transfers or risk avoidance
  • Lead both internal and external investigations and formulate action plans to remedy vulnerabilities to prevent future similar incidents.
  • Ensure all policies and processes related to Risk Management comply with local government and company regulations across the region.
  • Partner with Supply Chain, Deliver, Security, Brand Protection, CRE, EHS, ISRM, Procurement, Communications, HR, Legal, Quality, site leaders and other functions to respond to operational incidents and crises.
  • Lead the regional E2E Product Risk Mgmt. Program to ensure a standardized approach and ensure risk management clauses are included in contracts with suppliers.
  • Engage with internal/external organizations to benchmark best practices in Risk Management & Resilience.
  • Support the CRE, Make, Deliver, Supply Chain and other functional areas in preparing robust BCPs in the Region.

Position Requirements (Consider and identify requirements potential applicants must meet to be considered for the position):

  • Bachelor’s degree required (MBA is a plus)
  • Experience: Should have more than 5 years of experience in complex decision making and leading a multi-disciplinary, multi-national risk management team under difficult circumstances, preferably with crisis management, BCM and project management experience.
