We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Business Development professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing long-term partnerships with our key customers within the CEECA Zone, with a primary focus on Romania, and additional responsibilities in the zone.Your role:

  • Project Development: Proactively develop and manage customer projects, with a primary focus on Romania, while also engaging in other projects within the CEECA Zone.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the CEECA team to define win strategies and implement projects effectively.
  • Bid Management: Act as the Bid Manager for customer projects, overseeing the formulation of customer offers and coordinating various workstreams such as legal, finance, and other relevant departments, ensuring alignment with the processes of ES HQ.
  • Customer Negotiations: Prepare for and participate in customer negotiations to secure project agreements.
  • Relationship Building: Utilize your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to develop strong relationships with local sales colleagues and customers
  • Offer Preparation: Prepare and present customer offers and project concepts, ensuring they meet client needs and company standards.

Your expertise:

  • Proven experience in sales and/or business development preferably in MedTech.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple workstreams.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Fluency in English. Proficiency in Romanian is highly desirable, and knowledge of other Central and Eastern European languages is an advantage.
  • Proactive and positive approach to challenges.
  • You have a dedicated “Can Do” attitude and a strong sales or business development mindset
  • Willingness to travel (at least 20%)
  • You are proficient in MS Office suite.
