As part of our 2029 Business Strategy, we are expanding our specialist Environment and Sustainability team. We are seeking an Environment & Sustainability (ES) Manager for our Cork Business Unit.

In this role, you will work on multiple large-scale projects in both Irish and international markets across various sectors. Role Overview: This is a pivotal role within the Cork Operations Team and the Group ES Leadership team. You will collaborate with the Group Head of Sustainability and the Director of Services Delivery to develop and implement ES programs and plans. The position is based at our Cork Business Unit and may require occasional international travel. :

• Manage ES resources and budgets in our Cork Business Unit
• Collaborate with ES Managers across other business units to deliver ES services.
• Recruit and develop ES talent, including specialists, graduates, etc.
• Champion ES service team initiatives and implement project delivery
• Plan and allocate resources to meet project requirements.
• Prepare proposals and resource estimates for ES projects.
• Participate in client presentations.
• Integrate ES into digitally enabled project delivery.
• Foster innovation to maintain PM Group’s leadership in ES consultancy.
• Enhance departmental work processes and systems.
• Stay updated on ES regulatory and compliance changes and client requirements.
• Maintain high-quality standards within the department.
• Work with the leadership team to implement PM Group’s Strategic Plan for ES services growth

• Degree Level 8 qualification or higher.
• Extensive experience in ES design and consultancy.
• Familiarity with multidiscipline design and project execution systems.
• Strong communication, management, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven business development skills.
• Commercial focus.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and decision-making abilities.
