Friday brunch and monthly afternoon cake, just as we have a “bell ringing” tradition when reaching important milestones.About the positionWhen working at FUJIFILM Biotechnologies Denmark you will, besides from the tasks listed below, onboard new customers and products to the site, build a network across QC and FDBD, support our site expansion project, and assist in finding new and innovative ways of working smarter in a complex everyday lifeYour primary tasks will be, but not limited to:
- Responsible for routine operations within Environmental and Utility monitoring (EM & UM)
- Empowered leading QC EM ad hoc improvement projects.
- Oversee qualification activities cross functional and internal in terms of utility systems and Facility Certification (i.e. OQ and PQ).
- Handle investigations in respect to EM Excursions and Deviations.
Experience with investigational tools is an advantage. * Responsible for EM and UM Trend report elaboration and presentation for Management and Designated Representatives.
- Accountable EM and UM subject matter expert (SME) at Inspection/Audits.
- Continuous coordination and harmonization of EM and UM program acc. to cGMP
- Elaboration and maintenance of EM Quality Risk Assessments.
- Proactive EM SME support and participation in the daily business.
About the teamsMicrobiology in QC currently consists of 48 dedicated employees – scientists, laboratory technicians, samplers, student helpers and five associated managers. The teams deliver very important results that support the final release of the Drug Substance batch – and hence the bioburden samples are tested within 24 hours. The team supports 7 days a week testing within normal 8-16 working hours.The teams enjoy working within the field and are very engaged and knowledgeable. They have a great team spirit approach when it comes to making sure the manufacturing areas run smoothly, and results are delivered within timelines.The atmosphere at work is informal and fun. - You have an academic background such as chemical or process engineer, pharmacist, biologist, microbiologist or similar within Environmental Monitoring.
- You have proficient knowledge within environmental monitoring and relevant guidelines
- Experience in daily operations in classified areas within drug substance manufacturing.
- Previous experience working within EM, QC or with GXP or quality systems is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Annex I is an advantage
