Job description: We are seeking an experienced and driven ERP Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of ERP implementations in a regulated manufacturing environment, within the pharmaceutical/ life sciences sector. The ideal candidate will have successfully led multiple full-cycle ERP projects and is adept at aligning system implementations with regulatory compliance and cross-functional business processes.Location: Onsite, within the West of Ireland region.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full lifecycle ERP implementations from planning through to post-go-live support.
- Define project scope, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with executive sponsors and stakeholders.
- Create and manage project plans, budgets, resource schedules, and risk registers.
- Coordinate internal departments and external vendors/consultants to ensure alignment and accountability.
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory standards (e.g., GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, ISO).
- Oversee and manage validation efforts including IQ/OQ/PQ and audit preparedness.
- Drive stakeholder communication through regular updates and steering committee meetings.
- Lead change management strategies to ensure successful ERP adoption and sustained operational improvements.
- Promote scalable, efficient, and documented processes through business transformation.
- Continuously refine project management methodologies to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Demonstrated leadership of at least 3 full ERP implementations in regulated industries.
- Experience in manufacturing or supply chain operations highly desirable; certification preferred.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification required.
- Solid track record of regulatory compliance project experience (GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, ISO).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft tools: Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project.
