Job description: Morgan McKinley is looking for an Expenses Administrator to support the finance team with processing expenses, month end journals, reconciliations and general admin support to the team. This is a lovely super hybrid working Finance Administrator working within the expenses function.Salary: £30-35KLocation: Hybrid working – Woking, SurreyExpenses – Accounts Admin duties:
- Checking and processing of expenses
- Payment runs of expenses
- Seeking approval of expenses if needed
- Monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Supporting the finance teams admin support and preparing for audits when required
Skills and experience:
- Ideally have experience of working in a similar finance – accounts support role, including expenses
- Good IT skills and attention to detail
Expected salary: £30000 – 35000 per year
Location: Woking, Surrey
