Job description: Morgan McKinley is looking for an Expenses Administrator to support the finance team with processing expenses, month end journals, reconciliations and general admin support to the team. This is a lovely super hybrid working Finance Administrator working within the expenses function.Salary: £30-35KLocation: Hybrid working – Woking, SurreyExpenses – Accounts Admin duties:

  • Checking and processing of expenses
  • Payment runs of expenses
  • Seeking approval of expenses if needed
  • Monthly balance sheet reconciliations
  • Supporting the finance teams admin support and preparing for audits when required

Skills and experience:

  • Ideally have experience of working in a similar finance – accounts support role, including expenses
  • Good IT skills and attention to detail

Expected salary: £30000 – 35000 per year

Location: Woking, Surrey
