We are growing and have many exciting new projects – so whether you have many years of experience in client consultancy or are new and eager to learn the profession, we have room for you!We place great emphasis on building trusting and close relationships with our clients, where communication and collaboration are essential parts of our daily work. We collaborate closely with each other in our client consultancy team but also with COWI’s and Arkitema’s highly skilled engineers, architects, and specialists.Our client consultancy team in western Denmark consist of around 30 employees who work closely with clients on large and medium sized construction projects. We are proud to have contributed to projects for both public and private clients, including school buildings, hospitals, institutions, housing associations, and industrial facilities, among others.In client consultancy, we provide guidance from the initial considerations of a project through to commissioning. Our most important task is to create value for our clients and, through close collaboration, identify their needs and criteria. We are able to create value for the client and their users by combining our specialized knowledge with skilled process management – which includes effective control of time, budget, quality and risks.Our holistic approach to client consultancy is supported by our specialists in areas such as sustainability, BIM, digitalization, user involvement, and construction management.We are looking for someone who is interested in client consultancy. Your most important task will be to ensure that our clients reach the finish line successfully.   • Clarifying the client’s needs, establishing decision-making foundations, providing tender consultancy, designing processes, developing programs, advising on competition and risk management, and monitoring quality, time, and budget during both the design and execution phases
  • Coordinating, preparing, and optimizing the building program in accordance with the client’s goals and criteria
  • Ensuring that the completed project aligns with the client’s vision and expectations
  • Ensuring that agreements and collaboration between the client, consultants, and contractors are clearly defined and run smoothly

  • Experience with project and process management from client consultancy
  • Experience with construction projects and insight/knowledge of planning, construction, or civil works – whether as a consultant, contractor, or client
  • The ability to thrive in a front-facing role with direct contact with clients and partners
  • A team player mentality – you enjoy working in interdisciplinary collaborations
  • Great communication skills – both verbally and in writing, in Danish and English
  • Experience with the AB regulations, including ABR, AB, ABT, and service descriptions
