As a team, we are working on improving the health, safety, and environment at our site and eliminating all unsafe work.As a Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that all construction activities on site meet the highest standards of safety, health, and environmental compliance. Your focus will be on preventing unsafe work, guiding contractors, and ensuring alignment with Danish regulations and international standards (ISO). You’ll be the go-to expert for site-wide safety practices, incident response, and continuous improvement of HSE programs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic construction environments and is passionate about creating a culture of safety and accountability.Location Kalundborg Department AMK-P, C&Q Safety leads

As a Site HSE Specialist, you’ll:

• Execute requirements of the Site-Specific Safety Plan (SSSP) and ensure that contractors are working accordingly.

• Continuously improving safety standards, HSE guidelines, as per relevant ISO Standards.

• Audit and monitor contractor HSE programs and ensure compliance.

• Investigate incidents and ensure remedial actions are taken.

• Conduct documented HSE assessments of work being performed in alignment with project and Danish work environment requirements.

• Relevant HSE experience as HSE in construction.

• Mandatory “Danish Arbejdsmiljø uddannelse” / AMK-P/B 5days course is required.

• Proficiency in English, written and spoken.

• Danish language skills are considered an asset in supporting effective compliance with Danish regulations.
