• Actively participate in implementing the sustainability reporting strategy in collaboration with business stakeholders
• Support business stakeholders in all aspects of sustainability reporting and processes with tools such as Power BI, Sphera, SAP, etc
• Control and manage changes to sustainability reports, processes, and applications to ensure smooth implementations
• Manage and improve IT processes related to sustainability reporting and applications
• Contribute to or lead sub-projects related to the development of sustainability reports and processes
• Manage and oversee the data gathering and processing from various data sources
• Contribute to the ongoing SAP S/4HANA implementation project in the area of sustainability

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, economics, information systems, or a related field
• 2+ years of professional experience in business consulting or as business analyst in any relevant fields
• Deep understanding of data analysis and visualization through Power BI
• Knowledge of various sustainability reporting standards, particularly ISCC+ is a plus
• Experience using Sphera is a plus
• IT consulting mindset with the ability to interact and engage effectively with business stakeholders
• Innovative thinker, capable of developing and implementing novel approaches that drive significant improvements and competitive advantage
• Commitment to continuous learning and skill enhancement to stay ahead in the field and drive innovation
• Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to evaluate complex situations and make strategic decisions that align with organizational goals
• High level of integrity, consistently demonstrating ethical behavior and honesty in all actions and decisions
