• Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth in line with our commitment to sustainability and innovation.
• Identify new business opportunities within the Water & Wastewater industry and build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
• Oversee projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget, upholding our reputation for excellence.
• Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Present proposals and reports to senior management that reflect our focus on high-quality service and client success.
• Collaborate with our Service Team to ensure clients experience seamless, comprehensive support from Endress+Hauser.
• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and seminars to promote our solutions and stay connected to the latest developments.
• Keep our CRM system accurate and up to date, ensuring smooth operations and client communications.
• Support your colleagues, contributing to a team that values openness, knowledge-sharing, and clear communication.

What do we expect from you?You bring:

• A relevant qualification in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Experience in sales, business development, or account management within a relevant engineering industry.
• In-depth knowledge of the engineering sector in Ireland, including regulations and market trends.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with an ability to connect with clients and teammates alike.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• A valid driver’s license and a willingness to travel as required.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overnight travel.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a commitment to high-quality work and integrity.

Would be an advantage:

• Knowledge of or passion for the water / wastewater industry.
• Previous experience selling products in the industrial automation sector.
