And with biosolutions, the possibilities for transformation are endless.We’re here to better our world with biology.Join us as our new Facility Coordinator…We are an incredibly busy facility organization and we are looking for a new colleague, to help lift some of the load.Welcome to the Facility team…The facility team is app 75 very professional and engaged colleagues, we operate in 8 different locations in Denmark and we deliver all kinds of services within both hard and soft FM.In this role you’ll make an impact by:You will act partially with workplace management where you will have a large group of stakeholders and together with a colleague handle all moving and redecoration.At the same time, you will act as the FS financial supporter, you will be the one collecting inputs making yearly budgets as well as quarterly and monthly bridges, and you will be involved with our finance partner that are primarily placed in India.There is a high degree of stakeholder involvement and communication around changes and projects, so service has to be in your DNA.Your primary tasks will be:Workplace management

  • Analyze workplace data to be used for presentations and planning.
  • Assign e.g. workspaces, meeting rooms, storage area to employees.
  • Develop seating plans or layouts for office spaces, ensuring optimal workflows and collaboration according to our Design Manual.
  • Manage operational tasks related to reuse of furniture, redesign of rooms, coordination of moving tasks etc.
  • Support the organization with recommendation/implementation of our visual and spatial branding identity.
  • Purchase of furniture, signs, and other interior items
  • Coordinate smaller projects for departments, such as internal relocations, renovations, or upgrades of areas. Ensuring minimal disruptions in the daily work for those involved.
  • Monitor and manage budgets related to space allocation, renovations, or move projects.

Financial support

  • Act as the primary point of contact for financial tracking and reporting within Facility Services.
  • Prepare and update budget forecasts, monitor cost changes, and provide regular reports to keep management informed.
  • Track service and space-related costs, identify budget deviations, and work with vendors or internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
  • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing cost drivers, identifying inefficiencies, and suggesting cost optimization opportunities.

To succeed you must hold:

  • Customer Service: Strong focus on delivering timely and helpful support to internal stakeholders, while balancing organizational priorities.
  • Communication: Ability to communicate with all levels in the organization. Effective collaboration with teams, vendors, and employees in both Danish and English.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to proactively identify challenges and develop efficient, practical solutions.
  • Organization and Prioritization: Skilled at managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a structured manner.
  • Systems: Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, SAP, and other relevant systems.
  • Financial support: Capable of reviewing, tracking, and reporting on budgets to ensure financial accuracy and support planning.
  • Personal: Service minded, proactive and accommodating, but also able to set clear boundaries when necessary. Ability to look at the broader perspective as well as doing deep dives when necessary.
