This role offers real variety and responsibility, from leading your own portfolio to managing a small team.Your responsibilities:

• Lead transaction management for structured and aviation finance SPVs

• Oversee junior team members

• Act as a director on various SPVs

• Manage board meetings

• Maintain strong client relationships

• Ensure compliance

• Drive internal process improvements

The ideal candidate:

• Experience in a legal, financial services, or corporate admin

• University degree essential; professional qualifications in law, company secretarial, or accounting would be a big plus

• Comfortable in a client-facing role

• Proactive, solutions-focused, and well-organised

• Ideally studying towards or already holding a company secretarial qualification
