If so, we might have the perfect opportunity for you!COME AS YOU ARE AND SHOW WHAT YOU CAN…Job DescriptionWhat You’ll Do…Handle daily accounting tasks and assist with month-end closing processesDaily reconciliations of credit card ledgers, check if correct cash have been deposited and follow up on discrepanciesPerform daily bookkeeping of creditor and bank and reconciliation of thoseManage accounts receivable, including dunning procedures and payment follow-upsMaintenance of asset registerAccruals at month-end and reconcile balance sheet accountsContinuously contribute to optimizing workflows and system integrationsEnsure timely submission of financial reports and meet reporting deadlinesPrepare and participate in yearly auditSupport various ad-hoc accounting and finance-related tasks.QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For…2-4 years of experience in accounting with a solid understanding of accounting principles. You know your debit and credit and/or have a keen interest to develop your competences withinExperience in the retail and/or hospitality industry or an understanding of its fast-paced nature and operational complexityStrong analytical skills with a structured and detail-oriented approachAbility to work independently while maintaining a positive and collaborative attitude towards cross-functional teamworkStrong prioritization and organizational skillsKnowledge of Danish VAT regulationsProactive mindset and keen attention to detailExperience with ERP systems—specific knowledge of Opera is a strong advantageProficient in Excel, including pivot tables and other analytical functionalitiesKnowledge of PMS systems (Opera, Symphony) is a plusComfortable working with both routine accounting tasks and complex financial mattersThrives on working with numbers daily and enjoys financial problem-solvingStrong proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
