As a Finance Analyst, you will play a vital role in financial reporting, budgeting, and cost analysis. You will ensure the accuracy of month-end processing, maintain compliance with group reporting standards, and provide valuable insights into cost performance. Your expertise will contribute to strategic decision-making, ensuring financial efficiency within the plant operations.What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Financial Reporting & Analysis: Ensure timely and accurate month-end reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Cost Control: Maintain and validate cost data, manage cost allocations, and track operational metrics.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the plant operations team to ensure best financial practices.
  • Process Improvement: Support external/internal audits and identify opportunities for efficiency.
  • Compliance & Controls: Ensure internal financial controls are met in line with company policies.

What We’re Looking For:

  • ACA/CIMA/ACCA/CPA Accountancy Qualification or working towards same
  • 5 + years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle large datasets.
  • Experience with cost control, manufacturing processes, and financial reporting.
  • Knowledge of Hyperion Financial Management, SAP, and advanced Microsoft Office.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and able to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
