Job description: Hybrid | 9 month contract | Multinational Tech CompanyMy client is seeking an experienced professional to join their Revenue Operations organization. This is an individual contributor role. This role will be driving revenue operations for specific portfolios, developing deep market expertise to anticipate risks relating to order-to-cash (‘OTC’) processes and increasing efficiency and effectiveness across tools, processes and relationships.Responsibilities;

  • Own E2E order-to-cash processes and controls for assigned portfolios, execute certain operational excellence activities (e.g., credit reviews, approvals, collections, etc.,) and work with outsourcing teams to ensure service level agreements are met or exceeded.
  • Own and deliver excellent performance on a set of KPIs at a portfolio and regional levels such as aging, bad debts, etc., and be accountable to deliver intended results consistently and independently.
  • Develop deep understanding of business drivers, regional market complexities, micro and macro risks, evolving regulatory nuances impacting OTC processes within assigned portfolios (e.g., revenue, competition, market share, economic drivers, tax, FX, etc.,) and develop performance improvement strategies and risk mitigations proposals.
  • Own and nurture relationships with customers, internal stakeholders to drive revenue, increase customer satisfaction, minimize risks, remove friction in the process and promote scalable growth.
  • Become a trusted partner with the sales organization by aligning on strategic business objectives, supporting quarterly revenue goals though quota alignment with credit limits, and deliver data driven insights to grow business.
  • Demonstrates expert level operational understanding of the portfolio to explore, develop, implement, advocate and effectively manage new solutions to drive growth, improve customer experience and enable revenue (e.g., Payment solutions, Financing, Credit programs, AR Risk mitigation options, etc.).
  • Communicate, promote, educate clients on new enhancements of the companies Tool and System updates along with supporting change management for client impacting projects within the assigned portfolio.
  • Leverage existing reporting platforms to perform operations analytics, assess portfolio health, initiate actions to minimize risks and create insights for communicating to relevant stakeholders.
  • Proactively work with Global Risk, Global Process Owners, Global Project Managers and Business Reporting Teams on process / controls improvements, risk mitigations and continuous innovation.
  • Proactively engage with XFN teams (Treasury, Policy, Legal, Comms, Agencies, Sales, Compliance, etc.) to understand potential regulatory, economic, political changes, resolve operational issues and identify sustainable improvement opportunities.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 6+ years of finance related experience in a multinational company, preferably within Online Advertising
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations or such other related fields.
  • Excellent understanding of finance, tax, treasury, R2R, S2P, FOS, FP&A functions and being able to navigate into these areas as an OTC subject matter expert relating to the assigned portfolio.
  • Expert level understanding of OTC processes impacting Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow and other externally reported finance metrics.
  • Experience partnering, presenting, influencing and developing strong relationships with senior leadership and C-suite audience.
  • Excellent team player with effective interpersonal & communications skills and demonstrated experience operating in an inclusive and diverse team and working styles.
  • Able to navigate uncertainties and is a self-starter with the ability to effectively work on multiple initiatives demonstrating a learning mindset.
  • Excellent analytical and storytelling skills to be able to articulate Portfolio’s performance to a wide range of audiences and build business cases to support project and programs implementation.
  • Proven data analytic, problem-solving and root cause analysis abilities
  • Experience working independently but also collaborate effectively with global cross-functional teams

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in operations transformation or client management and/or management consulting.
  • Experience with Outsourcing and BPO governance is a plus.
  • Six Sigma, Agile or such other process excellence experience preferred.
  • Risk Management qualifications.
  • Project management experience.
  • Experience in the payment and/or banking industry.
