As a Finance Business Partner, you’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in Copenhagen. Together, we support the Issuer Services business unit with financial insights and sparring.About Your Future Role
In this position, you will:

• Strengthen financial performance through proactive cost controlling during month-end closings, contributing to accurate and timely reporting.
• Partner with stakeholders in Products and IT to analysze and resolve financial deviations, supporting data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Enhance executive visibility and portfolio performance through effective project and portfolio reporting.
• Identify and implement efficiency gains across projects, such as optimiszing vendor contracts and improving capacity utilisation, to maximisze return on investment.
• Provide robust financial input for business cases by assessing and challenging cost estimations, helping prioritisze initiatives with the highest value impact.
• Ensure strong governance and risk management by maintaining adherence to group financial policies and frameworks across all project-related activities.

• Relevant financial education and 2-3 years of experience with project controlling and support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable recommendations.
• Solid understanding of project budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking methodologies.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including IT, Product, and PMO functions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to create trust and influence decision-making at various organisational levels.
• Proactive with courage and ability to challenge the status quo.
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Experience with SAP 4/HANA is an advantage
