Job description: Brilliant opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager to join a growing business in Dublin West.Reporting to the Head of Group Commercial Finance, the role of Finance Manager will be responsible for driving the growth of one of the groups key divisions by delivering strategic financial insights.Key Responsibilities:

• Business partner with divisional leadership to provide financial expertise, insights, and recommendations to enhance financial performance.
• Act as a liaison between the Group Finance department and the local finance team
• Lead the month-end accounts preparation and close activities
• Prepare budgets and forecasts for the division, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic direction.
• Act as the finance expert on all initiatives in your area; providing analysis and insights to make recommendations for future strategies.
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Challenge current ways of working, driving efficiencies and cost savings whenever possible.
• Manage both projects and tactical initiative
• Lead, mentor, and guide members of the finance team.

Requirements:

• ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA with 7+ years PQE
• Strong communicator with the ability to work closely with non-finance colleagues
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Demonstrated strategic financial acumen and analytical mindset.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to provide financial insights to drive business growth.
• Strong presentation skills.
• A flexible and adaptable approach to work and change.
