Job description: Responsible for steering, controlling and reporting on all financial activities of our organization, together with formulating robust finance plans to secure business plans, all in collaboration with internal teams. Includes responsibility for avoiding bad debts and controlling costs in compliance with policies and ensuring that all J-Sox relevant controls are monitored and executed.Responsible for the provision of professional financial support for all Financial and Accounting and for the timely provision of financial data and analysis.Also responsible for our organization’s sales monitoring, forecasting and planning activities including reporting internally.Job Responsibilities:

• Maintenance of all accounts in accordance with accounting policies, principles and practices
• Ensure adequate and proper accounting according to legal and fiscal law policies
• Manage and provide necessary information for internal and external auditors
• Manage the asset accounting
• Prepare monthly and annual tax computation
• Prepare profit and loss statements
• Manage the coordination of various clearing accounts (such as tax, health insurance)
• Manage the organization, monitoring and continuous improvement of financial accounting
• Manage the preparation and creation of tax bills and authorization of payments in time
• Secure a conscientious and daily implementation of the financial and asset accounting
• Secure responsibly handling of sensitive data
• Secure the administration of booking periods in SAP (in coordination with reporting)
• Supervise the administration of the general ledger, execute the posting of general ledger (e.g bank, cash, taxes, salaries) as well as participate in the monthly closing
• Supervise the processing of administrative tasks (such as incoming mail, travel expenses, credit card statements)
• Supervise preparation and monitoring of variable marketing budget and monthly forecast
• Coordinate planning activities with analysts of other departments
• Ensure cooperation with internal interfaces to secure shared planning and mutual understanding
• Perform analyses of market conditions, trends and forecasts to support strategic decision making
• Provide input into an appropriate and ambitious strategy taking any current and future challenges into consideration
• Oversee the identification of control gaps and ensure the development and implementation of appropriate internal control guidelines
• Oversee the budget planning and financial analytics for the business and the development of associated business cases
• Oversee and monitor progress against budget as well as ensure development and implementation of corrective measures, if necessary
• Supervise and operate where necessary accounting activities as well as prepare balance sheets and financial statements

Job Requirements:

• Senior level of experience working in similar positions
• Ideally 2+ years of experience in Financial Planning and Controllership
• Bachelor`s degree or equivalent in experience
• Full accounting qualification
• Knowledge of Irish accounting principles and practice
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint at intermediate or advanced level
• Strong Leadership, Corporate Entrepreneur, Challenger Spirit, Commitment, and Integrity skills/
• Experience in the Automotive industry would be a plus
• Full Irish Driving Licence is preferred. (company car can be provided and upgraded every year).
