You’ll join a fast-paced, high-performance business that blends glamour, technology, and world-class precision in everything it does.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the month-end close for key business areas, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Manage inventory accounting along with a range of smaller cost areas.Reconcile and analyse balance sheet accounts, resolving discrepancies and enhancing auditability.Review contracts to ensure correct technical accounting treatment and prepare supporting papers.Support statutory and cost cap audits through the provision of robust financial data.Complete UK and overseas VAT returnsCollaborate with business and finance stakeholders to develop and optimise the ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics), with a focus on automation and control.Contribute to wider finance transformation initiatives, helping to establish best-in-class financial systems and processes.Candidate ProfileACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified accountant.Experience in inventory accounting within a manufacturing environment.Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.Proven ability to drive process improvements and enhance financial controls.Comfortable working in a fast-moving, collaborative, and commercially focused environment.Why This Role?This is an opportunity to step into a highly visible finance role within a prestigious and performance-led sector.
