Job description: Are you an experienced financial controller seeking new challenges in a fast-paced, ambitious, and entrepreneurial environment?If so, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Financial and Technical Records Assistant to join our team as soon as possible. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial controlling and technical records associated with our aircraft maintenance activities across our facilities in Sønderborg and Billund.Skyways Technics A/S is a Danish MRO focused on maintenance of regional aircrafts and components. We strive to constantly meet the customer’s requirements and maintain Skyways Technics A/S’ position as the preferred maintenance provider.This is an exciting opportunity for a self-driven individual to make an impactful contribution in a dynamic setting, with a primary focus on:

• Perform accurate invoicing for all maintenance-related activities in Sønderborg and Billund, ensuring timely billing and adherence to budgets.
• Monitor and report on manhours in Sønderborg and Billund spent on maintenance projects, ensuring adherence to schedules and identifying areas for improvement.
• Financial controlling of aircraft maintenance projects, ensuring alignment with the budget, timely execution, and strict compliance with established processes and quality standards.
• Organize and manage project work packs, ensuring all technical records are maintained to the highest standards for compliance and traceability.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and resolve any financial or technical issues efficiently.

We Expect You to Have:

• Proven financial controlling experience in a similar role, ideally within the aviation or technical industry.
• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English (both written and verbal), to effectively communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and general IT literacy; experience with other financial or technical software is a plus.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, consistently meeting deadlines and ensuring the smooth operation of financial and technical processes.
• Exceptional attention to detail, with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance in all aspects of financial reporting and record-keeping.
• A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with a positive attitude that thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
