Job description: We are seeking a Financial Controller for a long establish manufacturing client in Tralee. The client operates in several niche markets with most of its products exported.Role overview:

• Prepare Annual Financial Reports and Budgets.
• Preparation and submission of monthly Management Reports Packs
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial risk to maintain stability and compliance.
• Submission as required of management reports including cash flows analysis, Grant applications, Sales Analysis, Product Costing and Job Costing Reports.
• Preparation of Tax Returns, including R&D rebates, VAT, & PAYE, CSO, CRO returns
• Capital Investment Analysis
• Oversee the year-end audit process in coordination with external auditors.
• Ensure timely submission of audit requirements.
• Strengthen internal financial controls and enforce compliance with policies.

Candidate requirements:

• Qualified Accountant with 5+ years relevant experience
• Excellent communication skills with a detail-oriented and team-focused approach
• Strong analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Advanced Excel
