As a Financial Controller, you’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team that supports some of the world’s leading organizations in their digital and sustainable transformation journeys.Your RoleAs a Financial Controller, you will play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, driving performance insights, and supporting strategic decision-making across our Danish and Nordic operations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to the financial health and operational excellence of Capgemini Denmark.Key Responsibilities

• Deliver timely and insightful financial reports and commentaries to management.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide clear explanations for development from previous periods as well as deviations from budget or forecast.
• Ensure data accuracy through validation and quality assurance of the input from offshore service centers.
• Conduct the monthly closing and deliver input and support for the Group consolidation process.
• Prepare annual reports for the Danish legal entities and manage the external audit process. Also manage tax review and other statutory reporting.
• Collaborate with teams across Finance, Sales, Operations, and HR to align financial data and insights.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls and governance standards.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and digitalization initiatives within Finance.

What We’re Looking For

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, HFM) is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluent in English; Danish proficiency is a plus.
