Job description: A global quick-service restaurant group is seeking a Turkish speaking Financial Due Diligence Consultant to support the initial phase of this market re-entry project.You will play a critical role in evaluating the financial viability of the proposed conversion strategy, working closely with a small, agile team to deliver insights that will shape the investment and operational roadmap. . The output is primarily excel Databook and a clear and concise key analysis deck.Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed financial analysis of restaurant-level performance, including P&Ls and sales trends.
• Build and interpret financial models to support strategic decision-making.
• Extract actionable insights from raw financial data and present findings clearly.
• Work independently with minimal supervision, managing a focused and time-sensitive scope.

Requirements

• Strong financial literacy and experience in due diligence or investment analysis.
• Proficiency in financial modelling and data interpretation.
• Fluency in Turkish
• Strong Excel skills
• Ability to work autonomously and deliver high-quality outputs under tight timelines.
• Previous experience in the food & beverage, retail, or franchising sectors is a plus.

• Start date: ASAP
• Duration: 4 weeks, with potential extension
• Day rate: £400-£600Ltd, depending on experience
• Location: Either Turkey (remote with potential site visits) or London (1 day per week in Central London)

Expected salary: £400 – 600 per day
