We are defined by our purpose—to help navigate challenges, unlock potential, and achieve the extraordinary.Job DescriptionWhat will you be doing?We’re seeking a talented individual to join our Business Outsourcing Services team in Sandyford, Dublin.As an Assistant Manager, your responsibilities will include among others:
- Preparation of annual financial statements, including statutory accounts, trust accounts, partnership accounts and sole trader accounts for tax purposes
- Manage your own portfolio of clients
- Manage your team and people working on own client portfolio
- Collaborate with other specialist departments to meet our client requirements
- Opportunity to get involved in special client projects, including technology implementations.
- Deliver training as part of our learning & development program
- Get involved in business development activities and grow your personal brand
QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you should
- ACA/ACCA or equivalent qualification or qualified by experience.
- Use of IT – knowledge of modern accounting packages.
- Technical knowledge – IFRS including an awareness of FRS102, FRS 102 1a and FRS105
- Understanding of emerging accounting standards
- Results orientated to meet and exceed client expectations, with a key focus on delivering high quality work that consistently meets internal and/or external standards and client deadlines.
