Job description: My client needs a Financial Services Executive for an immediate start. Are you available to start in a week’s time? This is a temporary role for approx 12 weeks and would suit a self-starter, with ambition in a financial services setting.Main ResponsibilitiesInbound/Outbound Call HandlingUpdating Customer FilesCommunication with Internal DepartmentsHandling Documentation and Transferring to Relevant DepartmentsMeeting Operational Targets🧠 Skills & Experience RequiredExperience: Previous contact center or financial services experience is preferredTech Savvy: Ability to quickly pick up new systems and have good working knowledge of MS OfficeCommunication: Strong verbal and written communicationAdaptability: Can handle change and fast-paced work, including high-volume data processing.Accuracy & Accountability: High attention to detail, follow procedures, and take ownership of work.Team-Oriented: While able to manage own workload, you’re also expected to collaborate and contribute to team goals.✅ Who This Role SuitsThis is ideal for someone who:Enjoys problem-solving and helping customersIs confident working with KPIs within a team settingWants to grow in a financial services or loan administration environment * APA or similar is preferred
