Job description: My client, a global accountancy firm, is looking for a Financial Services Tax Assistant Manager. You will work with a diverse portfolio of clients, from global institutions to niche firms, helping them manage compliance, reduce risk, and optimise their tax position.Responsibilities

• Deliver UK and international tax compliance and advisory services.
• Support clients with tax structuring and operational tax issues.
• Manage your own client portfolio and build strong relationships.
• Gain exposure to a wide range of financial institutions and sectors.
• Contribute to business development and proposal preparation.

Experience

• Professional qualification (e.g. CTA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent).
• UK tax experience, ideally with exposure to financial services clients although this is not essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and client needs.
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to support team success.
• Interest in financial services and a desire to grow in this area.
