The Head of Financing will play a crucial role in securing substantial overseas funding, particularly from sovereign and real estate funds, to support our large-scale residential developments in the UK, the US, Canada, Australia, Japan, and South Korea. This role is essential to maintaining our competitive edge and delivering exceptional returns for our investors.Key Responsibilities: * Fundraising:

• Identify and secure significant overseas funding, focusing on various sovereign wealth funds and real estate funds.
• Provide adequate financial support for large-scale residential projects in developed nations.
• Strategy Development:

• Design and implement innovative financing models and strategies.
• Explore and establish diverse financing channels.
• Lead financing discussions and negotiations to minimize costs and risks for the company.
• Investment Analysis:

• Oversee global real estate project investment analysis, assessment, and valuation.
• Ensure the accuracy of investment decisions, manage risk, and maximize investment returns.

Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance or a related field.

• Proven experience with overseas project financing of over $500 million or substantial financing campaigns; experience in funding real estate projects in developed countries is preferred.
• Extensive network of financing channels and contacts, particularly with decision-makers in investment.
• Strong international perspective and high level of comprehensive capabilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; proficiency in English is required as a working language.
