This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of experience in finance who is eager to grow, contribute, and thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Master’s degree in business or finance.
• 1–2 years of experience in a finance role: FP&A, controlling, or a similar.
• Curious, dynamic & proactive attitude.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of SAP, HFM, or Power BI is a plus.
• Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Czech, German, Dutch) as an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Performs financial analysis, research, budgets, and forecasts to support business plans.
• Analyzes and interprets financial and budgetary reports to develop observations and initial recommendations.
• Prepares P&L, balance sheet and cash flow reports.
• Performs analysis on budgets, forecasts, inventory, and / or sales margins.
• Prepares spreadsheets, charts, and reports for analysis.
• Audits financial practices to review accuracy and compliance with regulations, laws and standards.
• Provides ad hoc analysis and support for projects.
• Support the regional FP&A cycle, including budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance analysis.
• Collaborate with commercial and operational teams to deliver financial insights that support strategic and tactical decisions: customer analysis, product analysis.
• Advice the aftermarket team in revenue, cost and operational analysis.
• Assist in preparing financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Analyze variances and trends to identify risks and opportunities.
• Contribute to business cases and investment evaluations.
• Help maintain financial controls and ensure compliance with internal policies.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline financial processes and tools.
