Responsibilities Day-to-Day dependent on your role

• Professionally greeting every Player and represent Topgolf in a friendly and welcoming manner in every interaction and when taking or delivering the guests order.

• Ensuring the food & beverage orders are taken correctly, making players aware of any LTO’s, promotions, upselling to guests and that orders are being delivered to the standards expected.

• Ensure every drink is made to the right specification and served in a timely manner.

• Ensure that the bar is fully stocked at all times.

• Monitor and police the sale of alcohol, ensuring no under-age sales take place.

• Ensure the bay and bar standards of cleanliness are high at all times.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in the leisure/restaurant sector

• Genuine desire to deliver first-class hospitality and passionate about selling.

• Ability to work well under pressure.

• Self-motivated, shows initiative, confident and a strong team-player.

• Strong communication skills, time management and organisational skills.

• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and peak season periods.
