Start date: immediatelyOn behalf of our client, a 4* Hotel in Zell am See, Salzburg, Austria we are looking for a Front Office Employee (m/f/d)!What You Bring:

• Experience in the position is advantageous but not mandatory
• You are enthusiastic about working with our international guests
• You are characterized by independent work, flexibility, and resilience
• German and English language skills, both spoken and written
• Any additional foreign language is advantageous

Your Responsibilities:

• You are responsible for taking care of our international guests
• Handling bookings and inquiries
• You are available to our guests for questions and information
• In addition to cash handling and the preparation of daily closing reports, billing and complaint processing are also part of your duties
• You communicate with other departments in the hotel and provide all necessary information
• You support breakfast service
• You support the housekeeping department in the check-in and check-out process
• Cross-departmental collaboration
