• Strong commercial and organizational skills to ensure the smooth and effective operation of the hotel

• A genuine passion for people and the ability to lead and inspire a diverse team in a dynamic environment

• Capable of providing clear strategic direction to sustain or enhance market performance and business results

• Proven track record of improving Guest Satisfaction in previous roles, with measurable outcomes

• Proactively identifies new business opportunities and implements strategies to optimize profitability

• Builds and maintains strong relationships with owners to support long-term business growth

QualificationsYOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE INCLUDE:

• An excellent opportunity for a first-time General Manager or someone looking to broaden their experience with a different ownership structure.

• Requires strong financial acumen across forecasting, revenue management, month-end reporting, budgeting, and business reviews.
