This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is hungry to exceed targets, and wants to grow into a top-performing AE.About the RoleAs an Account Executive, you’ll manage the full sales cycle independently-from lead qualification and discovery to demo and close. You’ll balance strategic planning with hands-on execution, managing a high-volume pipeline and owning your territory’s long-term success.Top-performing AEs here close 70%+ of their opportunities, forecast with accuracy, and operate as trusted advisors to their prospects.What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the full sales process: from outbound prospecting and qualification to product demo and close
- Actively manage a high-volume pipeline and prioritize effectively
- Build and execute a strategic territory plan for sustainable growth
- Work collaboratively with peers and share best practices
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior sales team members
- Take ownership of additional projects to expand your commercial skillset
- Represent the team with professionalism, accountability, and consistency
What You Bring
- Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
- 3+ years of experience in a revenue-generating role Account Executive, Account Manager, or Business Development Manager in a SaaS/MarTech environment
- Proven success selling to founders, marketers, or business owners, ideally in ecommerce or retail
- Strong outbound prospecting ability with creative, strategic approaches
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment with multiple stakeholders
- Resilient, motivated, and goal-oriented – you thrive on exceeding targets
- Curious and coachable, with a strong growth mindset and drive for improvement
- Collaborative team player who brings energy, insight, and support to others
- Fully authorized to work in Ireland without sponsorship
