You will monitor vendor compliance with contractual agreements for service quality, availability, and reliability, manage the business and delivery of services, and lead service recovery in case of major incidents.Job description & summaryThe GHS Service Manager – Financial Management will be a member of the Global Hosting Services (GHS) Service Management & Compliance team and will be responsible for all aspects of financial management for the GHS portfolio of services, with an emphasis on Cloud Service.The role holder will be responsible for:Manage GHS budgets, track actuals, and prepare monthly forecasts, ensuring alignment with overall IT financial goals.Perform variance analysis, identify cost optimization opportunities, and implement cost control measures.Develop and produce regular financial reports, including budget vs. actuals, forecasting, and ad hoc analysis for GHS leadership.Oversee invoice processing, statement of work review, and vendor payment.Collaborate with GHS Operations and Service Management & Compliance teams to ensure accurate timesheet submissions and charge code allocation.Stay informed about industry best practices for IT financial management and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.Contribute to the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures for GHS.Requirements of the roleMinimum Degree Required: Bachelor’s degree (Preferred Fields of Study: Finance, Accounting, Management Information Systems)Minimum Years of Experience: 7 years in IT Financial Management, with at least 3 years in a similar role.Certification(s) Preferred: CPA, CFA, or equivalent; ITILDemonstrated expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and cloud service cost drivers.Experience with financial management systems and reporting tools.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Our Benefits and FunStable, but challenging working environment providing plenty of opportunities for your continuous professional growth.Fair salary plus annual bonus corresponding with your performance.Paid time off 30 days, 3 well being days and 2 extra days off from the company at the end of the year.High-end Ultrabook and iPhone with unlimited data.The possibility to set your work schedule flexibly.
