You’ll work at the intersection of data, operations, and execution – supporting the day-to-day engine that keeps our teams running smoothly, while pushing forward strategic initiatives with measurable outcomes.Your work will influence how we scale, how we respond to real-time operational needs, and how we continuously improve customer and agent experiences.What you’ll doAs a Global Operations Analyst, you’ll support a wide range of projects across Flatpay’s five markets. You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining weekly reporting to guide key performance decisions, supporting operations with daily and weekly high-priority issues, and handle market-specific requests.In parallel, you’ll lead & support larger cross-functional initiatives – for example, designing and executing AI-driven analysis of support call volumes, putting in place initiatives that reduce queue times together with each market, and leading operational experiments such as proactive ‘welcome calls’ to new customers by our agents.You’ll help the Global Operations team act as the connective tissue between operations, tech, product, and commercial teams, ensuring insights are actionable and initiatives are implemented efficiently.Your main responsibilities will include:
- Build and maintain core operations reporting, following country- and group-level performance, ensuring stakeholders across markets have timely access
- Support daily operational execution across markets, handling a mix of urgent, ad hoc issues and recurring requests from local teams
- Lead analysis and improvement initiatives, deep diving into topics such as NPS drivers, call volume trends, ‘welcome calls’ – and translating these into clear recommendations (and most times lead the implementation of those!)
- Partner with internal teams to scale what works, so we ensure initiatives are not only implemented but also embedded into daily workflows across all markets – while making sure to seek input from each market
- Contribute to building a best-in-class operations function, helping set the foundation for how Operations works across Flatpay – proactively spotting areas needing improvement, including automation that reduces friction

You take a hands-on approach to data, enjoy using technology to improve how we work, and are just as comfortable analyzing spreadsheets, preparing slides, or jumping on a call to align with stakeholders across markets. You work well independently, take responsibility naturally – and you’re the kind of person others enjoy working with: approachable, positive, and collaborative.Moreover, we imagine that you have:
- 1–2 years of experience in operations, a startup / scaleup, or a strategy role
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy switching between deep-dive analysis and urgent operational questions
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable working in Excel to identify patterns and drive decisions, but also skilled at spotting challenges and processing gaps through qualitative feedback, stakeholder input, or day-to-day operational signals
- Structured communicator who can turn complex problems into clear actions for cross-functional teams
- You love supporting stakeholders across markets and have a get-sh*t-done attitude
- Proactive, accountable, and motivated by improving outcomes across markets
- Fluent in English and Danish (verbal and written)
