Job description:  Vendors Portfolio Management
o Qualification of vendors in line with SPIE Policies (Due Diligence, QHSE, and Ethics &
Compliance, MIWRA and Liability & Insurance Undertaking…).
o Continuously evaluate vendors, review panel (direct/indirect) and limit the amount (lean)
o Benchmark at European level, or more the Service Providers
 Vendors offer & contract
o Makes sure that terms & conditions are following SPIE terms & guidelines and at minima
back-to-back with the customer contract.
o Make sure that each contract concerning SPIE is legally reviewed by corporate teams.
o Implement Vendor satisfaction evaluation among GMC users, continuously evaluate
vendors.
o Raise alerts and evaluate contract infringement cases.
o Ensure vendors quotations are aligned with GMC terms
 Purchase Order & Accruals
o Creates Purchase Orders and make sure that it contents every information needed to
support the approval throughout the workflow
o Implement and manages a lean and practical PO reception process, enabling the quick
verification.
o Challenge the monthly financial cloture with the technical departments.
o Prepare and submit accruals for month end closing.
 Additional Missions
o Own the process, as such ensure continuous improvement and data quality in IFS
o Support the internal & external audits related to vendors/purchasing processes.
o Transfer, adapt and Implement existing SPIE GSE processVotre profilThe GMC Purchaser aims to provide contract management and country management with all the
necessary dashboards and data analysis to steer and improve the selection and the cost efficiency of
the sub-supplier and subcontractor (vendor).
Additionally, the GMC Purchaser will ensure that the qualification of the vendors is done according to
SPIE guideline, rules.
It also aims to maximize and secure the best vendors for the work scope defined, ultimately ensure that
both the GMC and subsidiary are getting the best and lowest cost base while maintaining a high level

Professional experience with ERP, ideally IFS software.
More than 5 years of experience in similar job role, preferably in Oil and Gas or New Energy
industry.
